Should you have water pouring from a burst pipe or similar you will be desparate.
While I offer callout work to my regular customers, this is discretionary (ie if I can manage it) and only between 8am and 8pm.
The charge is at my standard rate plus £20 to cover disturbance.
I do not offer a 24 hour callout service ...sorry!
