For a flat fee you can take advantage of my extensive experience.
Book me for an evening visit to look at proposed, on-going or problem work.
My suggesting better ways to do a job, giving trade tips or explaining pitfalls could save you time and money.
I can draw attention to things not considered, suggest trade suppliers, special parts or products, judge quantities of sand, paint, wallpaper, etc.
My opinion on colour schemes, radiator locations, garden designs, kitchen or bathroom layouts could well be money wisely spent.
I can also give a second opinion on problem work completed by another tradesperson.
Advice is £20 for half an hour and given verbally (ie. no correspondence).
Should the advice turn into work for me, this fee is deducted from the job.
